Katherine Butler mixes green with Hollywood, just add Internet. As a Senior Editor for EcoSalon, Katherine and her ridiculously-sensitive skin have sampled, reviewed, and written about hundreds of natural beauty products. She has also covered a vast array of environmental issues for NPR’s Pacific Swell, Grist, Dwell, AlterNet, Ecouterre, MNN, Snakkle, and more. Interviewing subjects such as Vice President Al Gore, her work has been featured on CNN, Forbes, The Huffington Post, and Yahoo! Shine. Katherine holds a Masters of Arts in English from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Arts in Honors English from Lafayette College. She recently transplanted from the chaparral of Los Angeles to the elms of Boston, where she lives with her husband and houseplants.
